On October 24, 2025, the Colleton County High School Career Department—led by Ms. Jasmine Thomas and Mr. Romeo Edwards—in partnership with CACROA, hosted a highly successful College Fair that welcomed more than 50 colleges and universities to campus.
This event offered 11th- and 12th-grade students meaningful opportunities to engage directly with college representatives, explore a wide range of postsecondary options across South Carolina and neighboring states, and gain valuable insight into admissions, scholarships, and career pathways. Students were also able to begin building ongoing connections with institutions that align with their interests and future goals.
The CCHS Career Department extends its sincere appreciation to the basketball team, ROTC, and the 12th-grade professional school counselor for their support in making this event a success. Events like this highlight the district’s continued commitment to ensuring all students graduate college and career ready.
