School Quality
The Coordinator of School Quality supports continuous improvement efforts across the district by providing leadership in assessment, accountability, data analysis, and school improvement initiatives. This position works collaboratively with school and district leaders to monitor student achievement and key performance indicators, support the effective use of assessment data to inform instruction, ensure the integrity of assessment systems, and guide the implementation of South Carolina Academic Standards. The Coordinator also facilitates professional learning, supports the administration of local and state assessments, and promotes data-driven decision-making to improve teaching, learning, and overall school performance.
