The PowerSchool Specialist serves as the district’s lead resource for student information management, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of student data across all schools. This role oversees districtwide PowerSchool operations, supports enrollment, scheduling, attendance, grading, state reporting, and data verification processes, and provides training and technical assistance to school-based staff. By collaborating with school and district leaders, the PowerSchool Specialist helps maintain reliable student information systems, supports informed decision-making, and ensures compliance with state and federal reporting requirements. Through data management, problem-solving, and customer support, this position plays a critical role in supporting the district’s educational and operational success.
