Coaching for School Effectiveness
The Content and Coaching Specialist for School Effectiveness supports educator growth and instructional excellence across Colleton County School District’s schools. This role leads district efforts in teacher induction, mentoring, evaluation, and professional review processes, while providing instructional coaching and support across all content areas. By partnering with teachers, administrators, Human Resources, and Curriculum and Instruction, the specialist helps strengthen teaching practices, support professional learning, and ensure alignment with district priorities and state expectations. Through coaching, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts, this position plays a vital role in enhancing educator effectiveness and improving student achievement.
