Content Specialist for School Improvement
The Content Specialist for School Improvement provides leadership and support to enhance teaching and learning across all K–12 content areas. Working closely with district and school leaders, this position supports curriculum development, instructional improvement, assessment practices, and professional learning to ensure high-quality educational experiences for all students. The specialist collaborates with teachers, instructional coaches, interventionists, and administrators to analyze student achievement data, strengthen instructional practices, implement district initiatives, and promote continuous school improvement. Through strategic planning, curriculum review, and ongoing support, the Content Specialist helps advance the district’s mission to increase student achievement and ensure every learner's success.
