Colleton County School District recognized our 2022 Teacher and Support Employees of the Year, as well as 28 retirees, during the May 17, 2022 regular school board meeting.
CCSD also announced our three finalists for the 2022 District Teacher of the Year: Diamond Berry - Forest Hills Elementary School, Kawaii Elliott - Bells Elementary School, and Heather Mushrush - Colleton County High School.
These employees will now be included in the process of being selected as District Teacher of the Year and District Support Employee of the Year. The District Teacher of the Year will go on to represent the District in the SC Teacher of the Year competition. All of our winners will be recognized by the Colleton County School Board of Trustees at a later date.
