Attention all Professionally Certified Staff

Colleton County School District is piloting a new program for those staff members needing to renew their certificates. You will now have your hours (all transcripts) sent to Colleton County School District's Office of Personnel. District personnel staff will key in your information into the state system. Colleton County School District's Office of Personnel can now issue you a certificate renewal (good for 5 more years) without having to go through the SCDOE. Colleton County School District's Office of Personnel staff can also take care of name change and change of address for your certificate. You will no longer send your transcripts to the SCDOE. If you are adding a new certification or upgrading your certificate to a new level (i.e. Masters to Masters +30) you will STILL need to have your transcripts sent to Colleton County School District's Office of Personnel. Personnel staff will key in the transcript information and then the SCDOE will issue the upgraded certificate. Regardless, from now on all transcripts dealing with certification will need to be sent to Colleton County School District's Office of Personnel.
