Positive Behavior

We started a Positive Behavior System on Monday, November 26 where students earn stickers “For being responsible, Helping others, and Every day being respectful”.  Students who earned 12 or more stickers by December 14 were rewarded with a dance/pep rally.  We rewarded students who follow the dress code every day, come prepared to learn, bring homework assignments in on time, help others, and are respectful to both adults and other students. 

The following students earned the most GOTCHA stickers for his/her respective grade:

K - Madison S. - 22 stickers
1st - Madison P. - 17 stickers
2nd - Kaylin S. - 21 stickers
3rd - Brittney B. - 24 stickers
4th - Nick S. - 25 stickers
5th - Meghan V. - 31 stickers

Character Counts

On April 17th, Mr. Willie Davis sponsored a Character Counts Luncheon to recognize Colleton County students who display responsibility and good character.  Teachers in grades 2-5 nominated a student to attend this special event.  Congratulations to the following "Dynamic Dinos": Jaime L., Sara G., Hailey S., Lydia K., and Will R.

On December 13, Mr. Willie Davis sponsored a Character Counts luncheon to recognize Colleton County students who display responsibility and good character.  Teachers in grades 2- 5 nominated a student to attend this special event.  Kwasi Kirkland wrote an essay on Responsibility and presented his essay at the luncheon.  Congratulations to the following students: Kwasi K., Sofi M., Cassidy L., Ryan H., and Jacobia J.
