Colleton Middle School

The mission of Colleton Middle School, in partnership
with parents, students, and communities, is to develop
life-long learners by providing challenging learning
experiences that meet or exceed state standards in a safe
and nurturing environment adapted to the unique
characteristics of adolescents.

Colleton Middle School serves students in grades 6-8 and is located in the
city limits of Walterboro, South Carolina. Our school is one of three middle
schools serving Colleton County students. Colleton Middle School is home
to 430 students and 60 dedicated staff members. Our school is located 30
miles from Summerville, South Carolina and 45 miles from Charleston,
South Carolina. Colleton County is found in the heart of the beautiful
lowcountry of South Carolina.
